Meals

Log a meal in two words.

Type it the way you'd say it: "2 eggs and toast". Tilly does the numbers and shows how it got there, so you can correct anything with a note.

Photos

A photo is a meal logged.

Take the picture. Tilly reads the plate into foods and grams, says what it assumed, and lets you tell it what's off.

Tilly

Ask, and see the work.

Tilly reads your journal before answering, and every read shows up as a line you can open. It asks before it writes anything. It never tells you what dose to take; that stays between you and your prescriber.

Trends

The weeks add up.

Weight by dose, protein by day, movement and sleep from Apple Health, how you felt around each shot. One chart and one plain sentence for each.

Calm by design

Nothing is red. No streaks, no scores, no guilt. A slow week is weather, and Tilly says so.

Questions

Asked before you ask.

Is Tilly medical advice?

No. Tilly keeps your journal and explains common patterns in plain words. It never tells you what dose to take, when to take it, or whether to change anything. Those decisions are yours and your prescriber’s.

Which medications does it know?

Weekly shots such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound and Trulicity, daily ones such as Rybelsus, Saxenda and Victoza, and “other” for anything else. Tilly knows each one’s dose steps and how long it stays in the body, which is what the Trends curve and the shot-day patterns are built on.

Does it read Apple Health?

Only what you switch on, one stream at a time: weigh-ins and the tape, or steps, calories and sleep. With your permission it can write weigh-ins, meals and water back. Every read shows up in the app as a line you can open.

What’s free?

Meals by typing, the protein ring, Trends, the doctor report and Apple Health, without a limit. One meal by photo a day and five questions to Tilly a week. Premium removes those two lines.

Where does my data live, and can I take it back?

On our servers, so it follows you to a new phone. You can export everything or delete your account from inside the app, any time. We don’t sell data and there are no ads.

Made for the morning you open it feeling queasy.

Big numbers, plain words, one thing to do next. Tilly is built to be closed quickly.
