These are the terms between you and [Legal entity name], [registration number], [registered address], Romania (“we”, “us”, “Tilly”). Installing or using Tilly means you agree to them. They are written to be read; where a clause exists because the law or Apple requires it, it says so.

1. What Tilly is

Tilly is a journal and a companion for adults on a GLP-1 medication. It keeps what you log, shows it back to you, and answers questions about common patterns in plain words. It is software for keeping track, not a medical device, not a clinic, and nothing in it is medical advice.

2. What Tilly is not

• Tilly never tells you what dose to take, when to take it, or whether to change, skip, start or stop a medication. Those decisions belong to you and your prescriber.
• Tilly's answers are general information built from your own journal by a language model. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a clinician, a pharmacist or the leaflet in the box.
• Tilly is not for emergencies. If something feels seriously wrong, contact your prescriber or emergency services (112 in the EU), not the app.
• Figures for meals, such as calories and protein, are estimates from what you wrote or photographed, from public food databases and from a language model. Tilly shows how it reached them so you can correct them. Treat them as a good guess, not a measurement, and never as the basis for a medical decision.

You use Tilly knowing this, and you agree to keep your prescriber in charge of your treatment.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, able to enter a contract, and using Tilly for your own journal. Tilly is offered in the countries where the App Store lists it.

4. Your account

You need an account to keep a journal across phones. Give true details, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do. We cannot recover a journal for someone who is not its owner. One person, one account.

5. Your journal and your content

What you log, photograph or write is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it back to you, including sending the relevant parts to the providers named in the privacy page to produce a reading or an answer. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account. You can export everything and delete everything at any time from You → Account.

Do not put into Tilly anything you have no right to share: another person's journal or photos without their consent, or content that infringes someone's rights.

6. Free and Premium

The basics of Tilly are free: meals by typing, the protein ring, Trends, the doctor report, Apple Health, and a limited number of meal photos and questions to Tilly. Premium removes those two limits and adds the features listed in the app. The limits and the contents of each tier are shown in the app and can change; a change that takes something away from a paid plan does not apply to a period you have already paid for.

• Buying. Premium is a subscription bought through Apple's App Store. Apple is the seller of record; prices are shown there in your currency and include VAT.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel in your Apple ID settings, at any time; Premium stays on until the period you paid for ends.
• Trials. When a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. The app says when.
• Refunds and withdrawal. Refunds are requested from Apple under Apple's terms. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital purchase; Apple handles it, and you agree that Premium starts at once when you buy it, in which case the withdrawal right ends once you start using it, as EU law allows.
• Price changes. If a price goes up, you are told in advance through Apple and can cancel before it applies.

7. Acceptable use

Tilly is for keeping your own journal. You agree not to:

• use it to harm yourself or others, or try to make it give dosing or treatment advice;
• keep or read someone else's medical journal without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
• use it for anyone under 18;
• access it other than through the app: no scraping, bots, automated requests or interference with the limits on photos and questions;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the app or its content, except where the law expressly allows it;
• probe or break its security, or load it with requests meant to disrupt it;
• use it for anything illegal, or to feed the language model content meant to abuse it or to extract other people's data.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that does any of this, or that is used in a way that puts other users, our providers or us at risk, and we may report illegal activity. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to export your journal first; we will not where that would be unsafe or unlawful. You can appeal by writing to us.

8. Our content

The app, its design, its text, Tilly the character and the name Tilly are ours or licensed to us, and stay ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and under Apple's usage rules. Medication names in the app belong to their manufacturers, who have nothing to do with Tilly.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tilly up, but it can be down, and features can change or go. Where a change matters to you, the app tells you before it applies. Old versions of the app may stop being supported; the app will ask you to update. We can stop offering Tilly altogether with at least 30 days' notice, during which you can export your journal; any prepaid period is refunded through Apple.

10. Ending things

You can stop at any time by deleting your account from You → Account, which deletes your data as the privacy page describes. We can end these terms for the reasons in section 7, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. Sections 2, 5, 8, 11 and 13 survive.

11. Responsibility

We provide Tilly with reasonable care and skill, and in line with what the app and this site say it does. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

• Tilly is provided as it is. We do not promise that its estimates, patterns or answers are accurate, complete or right for you, or that the app is free of errors or always available.
• We are not liable for decisions you or anyone else makes on the basis of what Tilly shows, for health outcomes, or for loss that we could not reasonably foresee when you started using Tilly.
• For paid users, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Romanian or EU consumer law. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

12. Apple

Because Tilly is distributed through the App Store, Apple requires that you know the following. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple may refund the price you paid; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, for any claim about it (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection), and for handling any claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States embargo or on a United States list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protections of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you can bring a claim in its courts. Talk to us first: most things are sorted by email. Consumers in Romania can also turn to the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC), anpc.ro, and to the alternative dispute resolution bodies it lists.

14. The rest

If a clause is found invalid, the rest stands. Not enforcing a clause once does not waive it. You cannot transfer your account to someone else. When these terms change in a way that matters, the app tells you before the change applies; keeping on using Tilly after that means you accept it, and you can always delete the account instead. The English version is the one that counts if a translation differs.
